My passion to speciality coffee and the flavors that i’ve discovered as well as what i learned from coffee pros and entrepreneurs that I’ve met all over the coffee roastries and coffee houses from different countries. I believe that i should share these information that i’ve collected and also learn more to improve the coffee experience that we enjoy!
I’ve been taking my passion to coffee to the next level by being a Pro Member in the Speciality Coffee Association “SCA” and keen to develop the culture of real, good and speciality coffee in my community in the middle east, specially Egypt and Saudi Arabia
